You will come across many different opinions when talking about ‘routines’ for a baby, but I have to say, we implemented one very early on and whether it is a total utter fluke or not, it has definitely worked for us, and we have a 7-7 sleeper as a result (most of the time…).

Preparing for the Big Day
Pregnancy is the easy bit, right? For the man that is, before any mums out there slap me round the face. What I mean is, in comparison to what the expectant mother has been going through for the past 9 months; complete change of lifestyle, mood swings, extreme emotional turbulence, weight gain (in the most beautiful way of course) and shape shifting to name but a few, we, as the fathers (to be), have had it relatively easy.
Changing a Nappy
Many fathers will have joked about purposely changing the nappy wrong so they don’t get asked to do it again, or making sure they are busy when the time comes, but in reality, there’s nothing to it. You’re used to getting dirty in the garden or garage or wrapped around the back of the toilet with some urgent plumbing, right? This is no different. Think of it as a quick and very necessary brownie point win. There could be a pint down the local in it for you…
