So, as the father to be you are going to want to spend as much time with your newborn as you possibly can before entering back into the rat race. But are you clear on your rights as an employee and exactly what you are entitled to?
For example, did you know you can get up to 26 weeks from your paternity leave? Neither did I until I begun swotting up. You also have employment rights in regards of pay rises, accruing holiday and job security that you should be aware of too.
Full details on these points as well as salary information, your eligibility and how to claim can be found at Gov.uk/paternity-pay-leave & Gov.uk/employee-rights-when-on-leave.

I was wondering if you ever thought of changing the layout of your
site? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say.
But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so
people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or two images.
Maybe you could space it out better?
Hi, and thanks for your comment. We are aware that each users requires different things and we constantly strive to deliver the most immersive experience possible without diluting our content. We will take your suggestion on board and plan to review the site in autumn this year.
Thanks again,
